How to use the CPM Calculator

Add your activities. Type straight into the table, or click ↓ Template to download an Excel file, fill in your activities, and Upload .xlsx / .csv to load them.
Link them up. In the Predecessors column, use activity IDs — e.g. A, B:SS+2, C:FF-1. Bare IDs default to finish-to-start.
Read the results. Project duration, the critical path (red), total & free float, the network diagram, and a plain-English narrative all update live.
Download. Use ↓ Report (PDF) for the full schedule report, and ↓ PDF (landscape) on the diagram for a multi-page network print. Close the PDF to return and keep working — when you download a PDF, it opens in a new view and the app pauses.
